One-on-One Mentorship

A private, survivor-led healing relationship that meets you exactly where you are. Through the HEALS™ Method, you receive steady, compassionate support as you reconnect with your voice, understand your patterns, and build practices that help you feel grounded and whole. This mentorship is not clinical therapy; it is a structured, heart-centered journey that honors your pace, your boundaries, and your lived experience. Together, we move through the five phases of HEALS™ to help you hear your heart, explore your shadows with gentleness, align with your values, live your healing in daily life, and sustain the practices that support your future. You lead the way; I walk beside you with guidance, clarity, and unwavering presence.

Workshops

Workshops with Mend Your Broken Pieces are gentle, trauma‑informed learning spaces where participants explore healing concepts, practice grounding skills, and build emotional awareness in community. Each session blends reflection, conversation, and practical tools rooted in the HEALS™ Method, always paced with intention and centered on choice. Whether virtual or in person, workshops offer a supportive environment for survivors, teams, and organizations to deepen understanding, strengthen resilience, and create safer, more connected spaces.
